Terms of Service

Last updated: July 28, 2026

Agreement

By accessing ConsensusOS.ai or joining the early access programme, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What the service is

ConsensusOS produces research summaries describing where credible sources agree and disagree on a question. Reports are informational research products, not personalised advice.

Not financial, medical or legal advice

Nothing in a consensus report constitutes financial, investment, medical, or legal advice. Consensus can be wrong, and can change. You are responsible for decisions you make using the service.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Seats on team plans may not be shared beyond the licensed number of users.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the current period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape the service, resell reports as your own product, attempt to circumvent usage limits, or use the service to produce unlawful or deceptive material.

Intellectual property

Reports, the underlying methodology, and the site are owned by ConsensusOS.ai. Subscribers receive a licence to use reports internally and to cite them with attribution.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConsensusOS.ai is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email. Questions can be sent to legal@consensusos.ai.
